What does the Omni Platform offer?
We are building an integrated, all-in-one platform that uses AI to help run a specialty practice more efficiently. Our initial capabilities are focused on front-end revenue cycle management, namely benefit verification and prior authorization. Improving these processes can dramatically reduce denials downstream and improve cash collections.
Will this work for my practice, specifically?
We consider the unique needs of each customer in introducing a solution. For example, we build custom integrations to local HMO plans for each customer. These plans are often inaccesible via traditional automated approaches like clearinghouses.
Can AI really improve my business?
Yes! Think of Omni as an entire set of new teammates that are always on and can help do work that would be impossible to ask a valuable human teammate. For example, Omni can check the benefit status on a payor portal every single day before the scheduled appointment.
